Easy Key Lime Pie with Graham Crust Recipe

keylimepie

The cool tartness screams summer. In fact, there are a few places that I always order their key lime pie around Savannah. One is The Crab Shack, a Tybee Island joint that has turned into a bit of a tourist hot spot. Nevertheless, after a pile of boiled shrimp with Old Bay and an icy margarita, their smooth, cool key lime pie is a great finisher.

But let’s be honest, nothing beats the key lie pie you make yourself. People are always impressed and it is super easy. Gotta love an easy recipe that brings rave reviews.

Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

Notes

If you can’t find Key Lime Juice (Joe and Nellie’s Key Lime Juice is my favorite)… Persian lime juice will work too.

Whipped cream makes a nice accompaniment to Key Lime Pie.

Don’t have time to make the graham cracker crust?  You can buy a prepared graham cracker crust in most grocery stores.  No need to bake it.

Girl!!! I’m in the midst of winter storm, and been craving key lime pie all week. I’m throwing away all of my other key lime pie recipes and only using this from now on. Now, pardon me whilst I slap my momma. That’s right, it’s that good. Thanks Minette
