Ingredients
Instructions
Place white chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl. Melt at 100% for 20 second intervals. Stir between intervals. When a few chips are left, stir them with a spoon to finish melting. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate. Chocolate burns very easily. Set chocolate aside and let it cool slightly.
Line a pan with parchment. Spoon white chocolate onto the parchment paper much like making a small puddle. Sprinkle toasted coconut to the “puddle” of white chocolate. Use the coconut to shape the white chocolate into a round shape. Use your index finger to make an indention into the center of the nest.
Allow to cool before adding candy or jelly bean egg.
Notes
Untoasted coconut that has been tinted green can be used in place of toasted coconut. Toss coconut in edible green food color.
The ingredient measurements are just a suggestion. The amount of ingredients you need will depend on the number of nests you make and the size you make them.
These make a cut cupcake topper too!
